Sunlight Group strengthens presence in Asia-Pacific

Acquisition of remaining 49% of the common equity share capital in Australia-based Triathlon Battery Solutions Pty

Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems, a member of Olympia Group and a global technology company specializing in innovative industrial mobility batteries for the intralogistics sector as well as  Energy Storage Systems for renewables, announces the acquisition of   100% of the common equity share capital of its Australian subsidiary Triathlon Battery Solutions Pty Ltd, through its subsidiary, Triathlon International GmbH."

Triathlon Battery Solutions Pty Ltd was first incorporated in January 2020. Since then, the company has experienced a steep development and gained significant market shares in the main sales markets of Australia and New Zealand in a short period of time. Today, it is one of the fastest growing suppliers of advanced, innovative lithium batteries on the continent.

From its headquarters in Sydney the company provides sales of batteries, corresponding charging systems and accessories. A service team is dedicated to customer-centric maintenance, servicing and repairs of the products. Besides, Triathlon Australia offers battery rental solutions, battery refurbishment and customized assembling for lead-acid batteries.
