Sunlight Group Welcomes Konstantina Karatopouzi as Chief of Staff to champion strategic initiatives and accelerate growth

Sunlight Group is pleased to announce Konstantina Karatopouzi’s appointment  as Chief of Staff (COS). Her extensive experience and dynamic leadership will be pivotal in shaping the company's long-term direction and enhancing operational performance.

Konstantina brings a wealth of knowledge and a distinguished career, having held prominent leadership roles in several prestigious organizations. Her expertise spans finance, business planning, real estate asset management, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Sunlight Group, Konstantina served as Chief Operating Officer at LAMDA Development within the Latsis Group of Companies, contributing significantly to the Group’ success over two decades. Her professional journey began with auditing roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in London and Kostouris Michailidis in Athens, followed by a position in the Finance Department of EFG Bank in London. She is a fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Economics and Political Sciences Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
